Acuerdo Ministerial Personería Jurídica ACBIR -BOLÍVAR
El sector inmobiliario en Ecuador sigue fortaleciéndose con la formalización de asociaciones que garantizan la profesionalización y transparencia en el corretaje de bienes raíces. En este contexto, el Ministerio de Producción, Comercio Exterior, Inversiones y Pesca aprobó la Asociación de Corredores de Bienes Raíces de Bolívar (ACBRB) mediante la Resolución Nro. MPCEIP-DZ5-2021-0001-R, otorgándole personalidad jurídica y reconocimiento oficial.

El reconocimiento de la ACBRB aporta múltiples beneficios tanto para los corredores de bienes raíces como para sus clientes:
- Mayor regulación y transparencia: La asociación permitirá supervisar y regular la práctica profesional, asegurando que los agentes inmobiliarios cumplan con estándares éticos y legales.
- Capacitación y profesionalización: Los miembros podrán acceder a formación continua para mejorar sus conocimientos y habilidades.

La resolución ministerial establece lo siguiente:
- Aprobación del estatuto y reconocimiento de la personalidad jurídica de la ACBRB, con sede en Guaranda, Bolívar.
- Resolución de conflictos internos: Cualquier inconveniente entre socios deberá resolverse según el estatuto de la organización o, en su defecto, en la justicia ordinaria.
- Registro oficial en el Sistema Unificado de Información de las Organizaciones Sociales (SUIOS) para garantizar su validez y operatividad.
